  • Date of Event
  • Location of Event ( city wise )
  • Times you had in mind for the booth hire
  • Event start and finish times ( roughly if you don’t know for sure )
  • Number of guests ( again roughly if you don’t know yet )
  • Type of event: Wedding, Corporate, Party etc.
